Hello, I am looking for a Lenovo methodology for creating a new EISA recovery partition for OEM Windows 7 Ultimate 64 install (upgrade from Vista Business but perform brand new install to use 64 bit version .

My research on the IBM website shows Rescue and Recovery Administrator but all of the documentation shows samples for Vista not too much material on creating a new EISA Windows 7 partition for push and recover function on a Thinkpad.

You can use Acronis True Image to image the drive or partition for restoring in the event of failure.
The good thing about it is that you can run additional backups regularly and keep it updated with all the Windows updates as well as your programs and data.
