Do you need a monitor &/or OS included?

bigcyco1 will that build be able to run games like css global, WoW, arma 2, Diablo 3, and Guild wars 2? Also all i want is the best parts that are compatible with each other with a 600$ budget that can play all modern games and last for awhile while upgrading here and there. The monitor can wait so if you have time can you post another build and where i can get them? Plz and thank you for answering

You know what i switched to a i3 because if my memory serves me right i don't think the TH build will cut it with that weak of a cpu for all those games i might be wrong though but better safe than sorry right lol.
