I'm considering building a water-cooled system, but there's been one nagging question for me - if I choose to include my graphics card in the cooling loop, is the card useless should I upgrade?

Cooling the card will require taking the heatsink off the card, after which, I'm not sure it will be of any use to anyone else without a water cooling system. Is there a way that the heatsink can be reglued to the card, for resale or use in another system?

umm yeah? probably, if it was attached in the first place it seems like you could reattach it...
i have a gf4 and know for a fact you can do it on those, i have no experience with other cards so i wouldn't know...
but basically if someone put it on once, it can be put on again it would seem

I think what you would want is at www.arcticsilver.com and the thermal adhesive for reattaching it.
Hope this helps
