Tritton AX720 for PC?

I plan on buying the AX720 for my PC, Xbox, and ps3. On the pc I will be using Teamspeak 3. I looked up the AX720 and I read you can only use these for pc if you live in Europe. Is it true? Cause I really plan on using this for PC despite the fact I live in the US.

If its a headset then I don't think they can be region specific.
