I have micron ddr2100 233mhz, due to my oc'd fsb of 140mhz, my ram is at 280...is that too high?
i am useing an abit kg7 which has option for 3:3:1 or 4:4:1 (cpu, sdram, pci bus) fsb rate. currently at 4:4:1
if 280mhz is too high is there a way to lower it without lowering my fsb?

PC2100 is DDR266, aka 133MHz x 2 Clocks Per Cycle. Running it at 140MHz shouldn't hurt it.
