So if my power supply isn't the culprit holding me back from a stable
333/2.25ghz (and beyond) then what is? Can you guys make suggestions to get
more out of my rig? I have been running three cpu scenerios all with 333
fsb... 2.0ghz, 2.17ghz and 2.25. Keep in mind my GF4, agp and pci busses
aren't overclocked at all (yet ;-). My mobo accepts 333 fsb cpu's.

Here is my rig:
xp2400+ (factory unlocked)
ASUS A7V8X
PNY GeForce ti - 4600 (not overclocked)
SBlaster Live Value

Scenerio 1 (rock solid):
333/2.0ghz via 12x166
I HAVE to set the agp voltage to 1.6 and the mem to 2.65 or it isn't stable.
CPU v core still runs default voltage.
Temps = 95/103 idle and 96/118 under load
v core = 1.68 (as reported my AsusProb)
12v = 12
3.3v = 3.264
5v = 4.91
I can enable Q-fan to lower down to 4500rpm with no problems! Never even
has to speed back up!

Scenerio 2:
333/ 2.17ghz via 166x13 = ala xp 2700+
Dragon Orb 3 w/7000 rpm fan
Temps = 95/118 idle and 97/135 under load
v core = 2.00 (as reported my AsusProb)
12v = 11.89
3.3v = 3.25
5v = 4.76
I HAVE to set the agp voltage to 1.6 and the mem voltage is defualt.
So far it is stable but I am not convinced yet. Once in great while it will
just reboot. Bam right back to the POST. I am going to try upping the mem
voltage and the agp voltage to see if that helps. I thought the ps was the
culprit because the 5v is dropping significantly. I have tried upping the
vcore to 2.02 the highest one too w/no help.

Scenerio 3
333/ 2.25ghz via 166x13.5 = ala xp 2700+
Dragon Orb 3 w/7000 rpm fan
Temps = 95/118 idle and 97/135 under load
v core = 2.02 (as reported my AsusProb)
12v = 11.81
3.3v = 3.21
5v = 4.72
I HAVE to set the agp voltage to 1.6 and the mem voltage is defualt. Again
once in awhile it will just reboot. I have tried upping the mem voltage and
the agp voltage bu that doesn't help becuase the voltages really drop low.

Can you guys see why I thought the pw was the culprit? Any ideas
suggestions?
TIA
