My Canon Multipass display monitor says the device is disconnected or turned
off. The it says “Unable to communicate with device. Please start
“MPService from the Services applet in the Control Panel.
I can't figure out where the Services applet is. I have turned the printer
off and back on, turned off and restarted the computer, and checked the
connections to the printer. Could someone tell me what I should do? Thank
you so much.

Go to the Control Panel, and click on Admin Tools.... scroll down and you
should see Services.
