Assassins Creed Revelations lighting issues

Hey I recently re-install AC:Revelations.

In game I if I have the graphics around mid I can get 60fps so Game play is fine.

However All loading screens and some of the cut screens the lighting is really bright. like everything is glowing.
Also the First person mode what ever those memories are called. that game play is really bright.

I have a XFX HD 6670 1gb ddr3. *I have my video & audio drivers up to date.* Although it wouldn't make much sense if my just my audio was messed up that the video would not work....no would it??  
Any idea as to how to fix this?
