I just got some thermal paste powder and have no idea on how to turn that into real thermal paste.
All I've ever seen was normal thermal paste that you just buy it and it's ready to use.
Anyone knows how I can make some thermal paste with that powder?
It has no instructions no manual no nothing.

Thermal paste powder?

Sounds like aluminium powder. But I've no idea what you need to do with that, other than maybe get some silicone paste and mix it with that. You'd probably boost the thermal ratings a bit.
