I am using P4 1.8Ghz overclocked to 2.40Ghz, motherboard is Asus P4S333-VM & 384MB DDR266. I wana know that what is this setting in (BIOS Setup) means "CPU/Memory Frequency Ratio" and which setting should i use in over clocking 1.8Ghz to 2.40Ghz? Is this setting increases the speed?

The CPU/Memory ratio is the ratio of your mem speed to your fsb. When you raise your fsb to 133 to get to 2.4Ghz you want your ratio at 1:1 so your mem runs at 133mhz or ddr266 speeds. If you change the ratio only the memory speed will change and the fsb for your cpu will stay the same.
