Is it possible to use an mp3 as a ringtone on an LG 7000? I know how to
convert file types around and stuff but I don't know how to get it to my
phone.

Thanks!

I don't believe the 7000 can support MP3s as ringtones. I have the 8000 and
that model can.

What do I convert the mp3 into? A wav? midi? How do I get it from my
computer to my phone? Email?

The 7000 will play mp3's. Easiest way to get them on is Bitpim and a data
cable. If you don't want to go that route, just email them to yourself
(phonenumber@vzwpix.com) and load them that way. If you send them through
there, you must rename the files from .mp3 to .mid or the server will drop
the attachment. They also need to be under 300k in size I believe.
