Hi Folks,
I can't print in color at all. I just installed new cartridges for black and
color. Gone through all the maintanence features that the manuel suggests
doing. I've also removed anything that pertains to epson on my laptop and
reinstalled the drivers/software. Doing a print test page, the black print
has white lines running horizontally and no color at all. Does anyone have a
suggestion ?

Been there done that. Does anyone else have a suggestion for this problem ?
Epson's web site is very limited when it comes to troubleshooting.
