I'm afraid the only way to move from 62-bit Windows 7 to 32-bit Windows 7 is do to a clean installation of 32-bit. If your version of Windows 7 did not come with both 32-bit and 64-bit, you'll need to buy a 32-bit install disk.

Borrow or download a 32 bit windows-7 install DVD. When you activate, use the product key that came with your 64 bit DVD.
