specifically I am curious as to X 2000 and faster chips..

I doubt you can overclock though.

I cannot say anything about Zalman for AMD. But I use Zalman Flower for P4 2.4 (with 120 Papst 4412FGL fan, cfm 53.3, dba 26). Arctic Silver 3. Lian Li case. Absolutely silent, T room 22 C, T CPU 36-38 C (Win2k, Idle, PCAlert).
