Sims 3

OK so I downloaded Sims 3 and when I play it for 10 or more minutes it shuts the screen off and then a black screen with white lettering pops up and says windows had to do this because of data so then it says do you want to go to safe mode or start windows normally and so how do you fix sims so i can play it for morethan 4 hours

Sounds like a blue screen and auto reboot. It could be drivers, heat, or hardware problems.
