Xbox 360 Red Ring Of Death help

O.K. so I turned my Xbox 360 on one day and got no video so I opened it, replaced thermal paste added penny heat sinks to ram chips on under side of board put the box back together and worked for about a month or 2 then no video again so reopened it replaced thermal paste and did x clamp fix when sitting in the metal frame it works fine when I screw it on the case I get RROD code 0110 I tried screwing the screws until they stopped I tried screwing it down really hard (without damaging main board as I am highly skilled) and I always come back with error code 0110, 0020 or 0102 please help I don't know what I am doing wrong I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to get a heat gun and re flow the solders but I want to know if any of you have any suggestions

Since you've taken the console apart, you've probably already voided your warranty so you may as well go ahead and try a hot air reflow. Other than that, there's not much you can do.
