i dont know whats wrong. all the lines are connected correctly and i checked
in the pc and it says its the default printer but i get and error message
that says there is no communication between the pc and the printer. can
anyone help. i used the printer the day before and it worked fine. i am so
confused.......

What make and model of Printer?

How are you connecting it to the PC? USB... LPT... Other?

Did you try to System Restore to when it last worked?

What (if anything) have you done to the PC and/or Printer since it last
worked?
