Which Company's High End CPU overclocks better?

Which company, AMD's or Intel's, high end processors overclock better? I'm talking about Intel's 2.5ghz + and Amd's model XP2400+ processors. No special cooling though, just a fan with a hsf. No water cooling, vaporchill, etc.
