Fax console

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.print_fax (More info?)

I have 2 users on my computer. on my name, I placed the fax console icon on
the desk top. However when I log on the second user and go commumication/fax
there is no more fax console item for me to drag on to the desk top.

I also logged on my name and checked communication/fax, the "fax console" is
not listed although it is on the desk top??

How can I restaure the complete listing for commumication/fax so that I can
also use the console on the other user desk top?
