I cant run bf2 patch 1.41

i can't open this particular setup fie. how can i install this game?

you cant patch your game. well battlefield 2 is naggy about patching. i did these things with my pc.
1. shut down your antivirus.
2. run exe as admistrator and wait. (big file and slow to start so be patient)
thats how i got it working with. xp and win 7.

it doesnt show anything on your screen for a while it took few minutes to open even that patch file.

when i try to open it says cannot open .41[1] file type
