Allegedly, this is what the physics and damage engine is going to be like in grand theft auto 5.

If this video is real, then I am going to cry.

I wonder if this will be compatible with Nvidia PhyX.

While the video does look good, and it is possible it will be in the game, it only shows cars. The problem with that:

If in a game 1 element is very realistic, and others are not, the game always feel bad.
That is why old games with horrible graphics are many times more fun than those with decent/good graphics.
Basicly your brain wont like it .
