Can my CPU be overclocked?

I'm having a P4 2.4Ghz with a B0 stepping. From what I have read only the C1 stepping processors are happy with overclocking. Does that mean mine is 2.4Ghz or nothing?

all cpu's can be overclocked, your mileage may vary
give it a shot.
just dont go over 1.7v vcore and dont let temps get too high (over 55C)
