Level 10 gaming mouse problem

as it sounds DOA. i had the same issue with my razer lachesis on my mmb the mouse sounded like it was clicking but nothing was registring from that switch... it was a problem on the mouses cpu. likely yours has a similar problem...
you could try updating the firmware to see if that makes a difference but its just as likely to brick the mouse as to save it so only do that if your not gonna bother returning it as it can invalidate the warranty.
