Gigabyte GA-8INXP Configuration

I have A GA-8INXP MB, P4 2.8Ghz CPU and 2 sticks of corsair 512MB XMS cas 2 PC3200 DDR400 ram. What would be the best way to run this configuration? What memory speed should i run and how do i change this in the bios? I would like to run the memory as fast as possible so i would be willing to overclock the FSB to 166. Would a swiftech mcx4000 heatsink with a vantec tornado be enought to cool this CPU at this speed?

DDr400? Isn't that a bit "fast" for teh 8inxp?
Does it run anyway?
I'm looking for the 8inxp too, unshure if handles ddr333.
Can you help me, does it work with more than ddr266?

I never ended up getting The 8INXP. i got an abit IT7 MAX2 V2 with the 845PE chipset. I'm not sure how high you can overclock the 8INXP though to achieve the DDR400 speed.
