GA-7VAXP benchmark help!

I have a GA-7VAXP with a 2100+ amd XP, geforce4 4200 128MB, a stick of kingston 400Mhz DDR RAM clocked down to 333, and a crap load of fans.
I ran a 3DMark 2001 test and I hit a terrible 6500!!! so I though I would teak the chipset and get it back where it should but then fell into 4000s and only with MASSIVE overclocking on both CPU and graphics have I gotten it to 5000. any idea what is wrong? any chipset adjustment that can fix it all? Thanks for the help

1. Do you have the latest videocard drivers?
2. Do you have the latest chipset drivers?
3. Is AGP 4x enabled?
4. Is your memory running at CAS2?

How many RAM do you have BTW?

My PC eats so much money that I'm in 'desperate' need of it to buy PC3500 RAM, help Svol with his OC project!
