Cant load further in half life 2

i cant go futher than the first load in half life 2............... that load is when you fall out of the window and it says loading and then windows recovery comes up and half life2 closes.... i run it on window 7 ultimate 32 bit........plzzzzzzz help!!!!!!!! heres a pic of what happens go to this web adress: (http://www.4shared.com/photo/fDss8NFx/thisiswhat_happen...)
