It's possible, but you are somewhat pushing the limits of what your system can do. If you want to be able to play games on a computer, a fair investment is necessary.

The Call of Duty games don't always require extreme hardware, but modern standards/protocols. Older cards obviously will stop working for you as the standards/protocols are impossible to run on the architecture of the cards.
