C1 stepping p4s??

Ok i know i might be hoping for too much, but does anyone know a place where you can order/buy p4s and specify what stepping you want? the only place i can find them is on ebay, which usually are non-retail, and thus little or no warranty. Of course i dunno how many vendors would take back a fried o/c'd chip, but i dont plan on frying it. But that would give me a little more peace of mind than just ordering off ebay. Or you just say just go for the ebay one? And im talking about the chips that arent ALL C1, the 2.53, 2.4B, etc. thanks

You can also order from atacom.com which will say on the page if it is C1 stepping or not.
