Your CPU will probably be locked so the only option you have at the moment is increasing the FSB.
You true FSB speed is 133Mhz (266MHz in DDR)... so just start raising it a couple of MHz a time. Check if the PC is stable after raising it about 5Mhz. If it isn't stable but the temps aren't very high you can try if increasing the VCore allows higher speeds.

My dual-PSU PC is so powerfull that the neighbourhood dimms when I turn it on

What type of 2100 do you have?

I just got a tbred b from new egg. Using the A7V333 the multiplier is unlocked for 13 to 20 something. I can run it at 133*13, 133*13.5, 133*14, 133*15, and 133*16. ran 3d mark stable with default voltage, using kingston hyperx ddr 2700. 3d mark scores were 10601, 10668, 10979, 11171, 11393 respectively with a geforce4 ti4200 64mb. Tried running at 166*13 (posts as a 2700+ :)  ) but it locks up after a few seconds. Tried raising vcore to 1.65 but still locked up.

This was using a Glacialtech Igloo 2500 cooler.

Good luck!
