Hi all im new to o/clocking and want to know what a xp2100 should be able to be o/clocked to. In my bios I had it set to auto and was running at 1733, which gave a fsb of 267. I have now set it to manual and have made the following changes, cpu frequency multiple 13 and the cpu/pci frequency set to 141/35 . now when I go into control panel / system it says it now is 1833.Is this correct calculation 141 x 13 = 1833.the new fsb is displayed at 282

yes, thats the correct calculation... though I would like to make sure of something... do you do have adequate airflow inside the case, since OCing meakes hot hardware even more heat-producing.

Woohoo! Broke the 30-celcius barrier with through the loud and innefficient world of air-cooling! Also, never - NEVER - play with gum in one hand and hair in the other... just trust me.

Not on board (well, that too) but in the case?
Do you have a few case fans?
