Is win7downloads legal?

Is the website www.win7downloads.net on the up and up. Valid product keys for as little as 15.00 for Windows 7. I have the Family pack and have used up my 3 installs with the original key, and thought about purchasing this key for a new netbook purchased with Windows 7 starter.

My browser security settings won't let me visit the site. You will not find any legal W7 keys for $15. Such deeply-discounted prices are red flags for fraud, and if you actually download such software - expect it to be full of malware. Check out (google) any site that seems suspect, and check for vendor ratings (google again) before you buy on line.

The product keys might seem to work for a moment but with a windows update win-7 will be all over you. DON'T DO IT!

I agree with all the others here. The only way to get a guaranteed geniune product key is to purchase from a reputable retailer or directly from Microsoft. As, Herr_Koos said, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is (and a $15 product key is too good to be true!) - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/genuine
