My athlon 2400XP is running at 64 celcias is this to hot with a volcano 7+. my mainboard is t 36 celcias...

For a Vulcano 7+ it is... unless the fan is set very slow. Did you use any thermal paste between the CPU and the HSF?

My dual-PSU PC is so powerfull that the neighbourhood dimms when I turn it on
