Hello, you will be able to run GW2 with A6, but lowest quality only or maybe medium. Definitely not high quality gaming machine there, but you should be able to run the game with at least 30 fps.

A 7750 would be a good choice and it looks like you could squeak by with the stock power supply.

it depends largely on what you're looking to get with the said video card. If it's higher resolution or AA settings then yeah that could work fine. But if you're looking to crank the game up to high graphics, the CPU will end up holding you back. GW2 has a lot of frills and minute animations that make the game look good, but also require the CPU to process all the data before GPU gets to rendering. In highly populated areas these minute animations kill performance very fast.
