Solution
Blade and Soul is an MMO, meaning that cpu-bound issues will dictate at least part of your slowdown. Intel CPU's tend to outperform AMD CPU's significantly in games where the cpu acts as a bottleneck either due to poor engine coding or as a result of overall design and genre, such as an MMO.

If you have a $400 budget and if you're willing to spend a bit more if it's necessary, I would recommend the below hardware. It won't be the top of the top of the top of the line, but it would be night and day compared to a 1.8ghz processor and a 6770.

I would then recommend saving an extra $100 and buying this graphics card.

Additionally, depending on what kind of ram is in your mobo you may need to pick up some cheap DDR3 ram, but the prices on this vary and are extremely cheap.

Hi, first of all, thanks for reply and 2nd of all got some question before i buying those.
Like should my current PSU can handle that all hardware? i think i got a 450 watts on.
and should i reconsider buying a valid window to begin this procces? and if it was, Can the new window 8 be possible, because for some reason it's cheap or it can do with the free Os for some reason?

You would want a 64-bit OS to go with that CPU.

450 watts is borderline unsuitable for any rig you're going to put together to run one of these modern clumsily made MMO's unfortunately so that's going to be an upgrade that you have to factor into the price of all this.

The "best answer" is funny because it is very wrong. The cpu load from these games isn't enough for that to be the main hardware issue, it is the gpu (and system ram if you are running a very low end pc).

An additional note: blade and soul specifically is unsupported for windows 8, at least the Chinese release. Apparently there are problems with the language settings. Just saying, this might be a good reason not to upgrade the OS if you are specifically building for this game.
