I just found this Interactive painting guide for 5 bit Athlon XP and Duron CPUs. Its very good.

According to this, if you can get a cpu core to get you a multiplier of 18.5, and run it at a 999mhz FSB, you get an XP 27100+ @ 18.48ghz....


Im guessing that requires an SLK-10000 and about 24v, to the cpu core :lol:

I used this guide when I tried changing the multiplyer of the Duron 1300. It doesn't work for it, just the Duron 1200 and lower. The 1300 is internally locked, at least it seems that way, because THG couldn't do it either. :(

My Duron 1300 eats P4's for dinner. Oh, the Celerons make a nice snack too.

Oh, you'd have to cool it like they do in Alaska, more specificly Fairbanks, with the electrical engeers at UAF.

it gets 40 below there commonly, and that creates for some hellacious overclocking. Then there is always the cooler full of liquid nitrogen, but I won't get into that. :)

My Duron 1300 eats P4's for dinner. Oh, the Celerons make a nice snack too.
