DSL and ICS

I had ICS setup and running with another computer. I host the DSL connection and the other computer was using it. THen one day it just stopped working. I went to the settings and the connection is under the heading Dial-Up and not broadband. Also when I go to properties and advanced "share this connectoin" was not there... just firewall. Then in services ICS was disabled. I enabled it and reinstalled all drivers. Still same problem.. no share this connection.. any tips?

Uninstall it then reinstall it.
