Do you think I'll be able to play planetside 2 (not necessarily on high but maybe low/medium with good fps (little - no stutter)

Well your system is better than the recommended system(the CPU is not nearly as important as the GPU) so yes,unless you are running at crazy high res you wont even need to set everything on low.

I doubt it will run very well, the game is very CPU dependent and poorly optimized right now. It is free so no harm in trying if you have the HDD space.
