it probably does a decent job, but not as good as a homemade kit could do for $100 +shipping, probably
but homemade can be messy, and if you want a nice clean kit this is probably it
it doesn't say how the noise is, and the 80mm and 60mm fans may be prone to a high pitched whine =/
not necessarily, it's just a warning, a possibility

Ill grant you it LOOK's nice enough.. though in reality i dont think it will be that fantastic.

Firstly you have two small fans making noise, then you have that thin tubing with probably a low flow rate, and the radiator at the other end is only of minimal size too. I predict it might be better than a few of the top of the line aircoolers... but nowhere near as good as the watercooling systems that use big blocks, wide bore piping and have large radiators cooled by 120mm or multiple 92mm fans!
