not necessarily
i'd bet they ended up the same
it also depends on what cas latency the ram is rated for, and what cas you're willing to run it at

i've had good experiences with samsung, and everyone has had good experiences with corsair
personally i'd shell out the extra $$ for pc3200 xms =)

Probably a good idea, but wouldet DDR400 run asynchronously with my 333+ bus?

I just bought 2, 256 meg sticks of 3200 Corsair XMS LL. I have them in my Nforce2 mobo (Asus A7N8X) with a 2700+.. I am very happy. Good point LtBlue. I do feel that if he gets XMS LL it will be faster. I also feel if he decides to overclock the XMS will over clock better. Running a 266bus processor that the 2700 XMS will give him plenty of headroom. Take care.

Hang in there. It can only get better!

I got Corsair XMS TwinX 3200LL memory too and it runs perfect at the strongest timings up to 200MHz FSB.

My dual-PSU PC is so powerfull that the neighbourhood dims when I turn it on
