Slow motion? Do you mean that it is like a slideshow?

Main thing I see is that your graphics card is old. Wasn't a good card even when it was new (I used to have an 8600GT, played Skyrim @ 12-25 fps).

Also, your ram is awfully low for Windows 7. The OS itself uses around 1GB of RAM. Throw in other processes/programs at startup, you might not even have half a GB for your game/main application.

TBH, it sounds like it's time to make a new compy.

What kind of MB do you have all those PC spec parts plugged into?
Reason being, it could be a M board issue. :sarcastic:

Your amount of ram has little to do with your fps. So long as you have 4 gigs of ddr-3 or more.
Ram does help with [AA/MSAA] gfx settings. Also if your using 2 or more monitors.
Still, running Win 7 32 or 64 you need atleast 4 + gigs of ddr 3.

Even so, judging from your quoted specs, it is probably your gfx card bottle necking your fps.

Next time you post try giving complete specs on your entire system. you'll probably get more helpful answers. :sarcastic:

BTW, I get over 150 fps with dx9/90 + fps with dx10 in DMC 4 in game bench marks. :sol:
