XP 1900+ Palomino Over Clock

I'm planning on overclocking my XP 1900+ Palomino. I got an Asus A7V333 motherboard with 512 mb pc2100 ddr ram and a MSI GeForce4 4200ti. Saying I have a good air cooling system (copper HSF, intake/exhaust fans), what kind of overclock should I expect out of this?

Depends if you unlock the multiplier. Your board support 333MHz FSB... bit I don't think your memory is going to handle that.
