Xbox 360 wired controller for PC problem

Just got it today, and when i play fifa 13, the controller changes from player 1 to player 2 by itself, sometimes the green ring blinks and the USB connect sound is made. How do i fix it?

Any help guys?? Now after installiing and uninstalling the official MS drivers/reg clean etc, the controller doesnt change to player 2 by itself anymore, now it just disconnects and reconnects randomly.
