Games not responding on startup

Hi guys i have been playing wow Cataclysm fine and until one day i tryed it was loading for 5 minutes, than i check the task manager it says not responding... today i instaled call of duty 2 and its a fresh copy of game and it becomes not responding at startup also... so it seems like every game (in this case theese 2) become not responding from startup. Can anyone help me solve this i already reinstalled and updated my graphic driver, and i instaled new directx... so if anyone had same problem maybe can help me fix this
