My bro has this board. Look on it to see if you have 10 dip switches or 4 in the lower right (vertically) of your mobo (looking in case). If ya only have four then you'll need to mod another in the 10 pin position. You'll need to do this only if you have your CPU unlocked. That dip allows CPU multiplier adjustment inside BIOS.
Otherwise my bro has his stable at 145MHz FSB. You can just go into your bios and change your FSB, however your mobo does not have a PCI bus lock :( and driving your PCI to hard can create many instabilities including destroyed hdd controller. Probably best to stay under 38MHz on the PCI. You can up the CPU voltage in the core to 1.9V (or higher I think) to achieve better results (maybe). Be careful how high ya go on the voltage though as it can destroy your CPU. Also you could get some speed by turning your mem timings down in your bios. Post back with your memory specs (ie. DDR266 CL2 or exact code taken from chips on mem board). This can really work or really make your computer crash. Read in your mobo manual on how to reset the CMOS if when you press the power button the computer does nothing. Then reset BIOS to what it was before. Use memtest86 (excellent free app), to determine if your memory is producing any errors as you turn the timings down (and now to make sure it's good mem). That's it in a nutshell, any more questions just post.
