You want intel build for gaming. Though, you should make some adjustments.

Please ditch that bad power supply unit in favor of a quality one from Antec, Seasonic, Corsair or XFX.

Also, as I see your budget is low, I'd suggest picking i3 instead of i5 and getting a better graphics card from the money gains: GTX 650 Ti would be a nice spot.

Secondly, I don't think you need 1600 MHz RAM, 1333 MHz will be just fine if it means better graphics card from the saving.

Lastly, you don't need a CPU cooler. One comes with the CPU. Again, spend the saved money on the better graphics card.
