Which build will run gta iv and fsx on high settings without lag?

  1. You want intel build for gaming. Though, you should make some adjustments.

    Please ditch that bad power supply unit in favor of a quality one from Antec, Seasonic, Corsair or XFX.

    Also, as I see your budget is low, I'd suggest picking i3 instead of i5 and getting a better graphics card from the money gains: GTX 650 Ti would be a nice spot.

    Secondly, I don't think you need 1600 MHz RAM, 1333 MHz will be just fine if it means better graphics card from the saving.

    Lastly, you don't need a CPU cooler. One comes with the CPU. Again, spend the saved money on the better graphics card.
