Does GTU support newer nvidia drivers ....say 4.0.7.2?

Where can I find a program that will show me benchmarks our show fps during games to see if I've gained any from OC?

I got a BFG Tech (essentially visiontek if im correct) geforce4 ti4200 128 MB. What are some of ur highest clock speeds that are stable for that card. And yes i plan to get a cooler for it soon. Thanks!

No... but Rivatuner does and is a very nice OC utility.
You can use 3DMark2001SE and 3DMark03 as benchmark... a program called Fraps can show the framerate in all games, you can find it here: <A HREF="http://www.fraps.com/download.htm" target="_new">http://www.fraps.com/download.htm&lt;/A>

Do you know if ti4200 128MB support DX9 for 3dmark03? Ive used it and it runs and I dled DX9 but I just have some uncertainties about my card supporting DX9. Thanks

I got a Ti4200 128MB too, running DirectX 9 under Win2k and it works perfect.

The ti4200 is NOT a DX9 card, it's a DX8.1 card so no your card does not support DX9, it only supports the DX8.1 components that are found in DX9.

So would it be best if i benchmark using 3dmark2001SE instead of the 3dmark03? Thanks

hey svol, are you serious about a dual psu system? I can't imagine, since the ATX 12V has to be plugged in for it to work......

Water cooling is for the weak. Get liquid nitrogen.

Hmmm... yes. If he meant it is DirectX 9 compatible then no... but it runs normal (like with DirectX 8.1) with DirectX 9.0 installed.
With 3DMark03 you will not be able to run some pure Direct 9 tests though.

Sweet, too bad I already bought another PSU, I actually thought about using my old pile as a 5V source to reduce my current loading.

Sweet setup though.

Well you can't use 2 PSUs to power your motherboard. But you can use one for the motherboard + HDs and the other one for the drives and fans... that is what I do.
