i have decided to buy a NVIDIA 4GB video card.... can u please let me know which system configuration supports the 4GB video card...

is intel Core2DUO E4700 2.60Ghz CPU supports that video card?

It would be better, if you could tell which 4GB Graphics Card you are gonna buy.
So, that we can tell if your CPU will bottleneck or not

Why do you need a 4GB card? That's massive. You'd be able to do pretty much everything with a 2GB card... What are you using it for? Based on that I can tell you which processor to get, too. What's the primary objective of a 4GB card?

You would need a 64 bit OS first off but we do need more information about your whole system and which GPU your going for.
