overclocking gone bad

Problems...
I set my memory timings to 363 2 and tryed to run ultra mode mem settings. Now it wont boot windows, posts but thats it. Things Ive done...
Latest Bios Flash
New Windows Install
New Ram [ocPC2700 cas2 512MB]

Now I can load windows and even played ut2003 for 20 min,
but i crash and burn within 3 min of 3d mark 01 or 03. The screen goes pink and green squares?
Things Ive done...
Diff. Video Card[ti 4400]
Diff. Ram [samsung 2700 2.5 256*2MB]

Still no diff...
Any help would bring sanity back into my life.

Strange problem... everything is pointing towards CPU or motherboard problems.

Download the program called Memtest86 from www.memtest86.com and see if you get any cache/memory errors.
Also download Prime95 and run the Torture Test to see if your CPU is fully stable. It shouldn't give any errors with a stable system.

My dual-PSU PC is so powerfull that the neighbourhood dims when I turn it on :eek:
