The load up when you run the Black Ops 2 app and it shows the treyarch and activision logos, and im using a lenvo laptop i dont know what model. What happens is when i double click the shortcut or go into steam and run it (Black Ops 2 not the zombies or multiplayer which also freeze) it shows the clip where it shows the logos and then it shows the little girl getting burned and then the screen goes black and it says not responding finding solutions and then it tells me to close the program. Also when i check the preformance from the task manager from the beginning of of running the app til it freezes is 82% then when the girl gets burned 4% if this info is any use. Also please reply.

Ah. So you have to remove it and reinstall it. Also, please go to start, and search for dxdiag. Then look at the system information and display information and post it up here, just to make sure it's ONLY an application problem. I think it is, but I can only be sure when I know your computer specifications. Anyway, do a complete reinstall and it should work.

All right, so looking at your info, you've got a pretty low end set up, which is why you're having problems. Your processor is only an i3 and your graphics card is a low end one. Your RAM is ok. You're going to need a better processor and video card to run the game smoothly.
In any case, as I said earlier, it appears there's a problem with the installation disc, or some key installation files. Get the CDs exchanged, tell them it's corrupted it. There shouldn't be any issues with reinstalling the game. "Application not found" type messages usually means there are corrupted files that aren't reading as they should.
