[HELP] Deus Ex: Human Revolution Crashes On Launch

I have played Deux Ex: Human Revolution and I love it but one of my friends has recently bought it on his Windows Vista computer and he is having some problems. On launch it shows the Windows loading icon and before the screen even goes black the "Deux Ex: Human Revolution has stopped working" error pops up. I was wondering on how I could fix this. His graphics is a chipset so obviously he will not be playing it on high settings but I wondered if this might be the problem.

chipset based gfx are unsupported and if its an intel gma it wont work because it doesnt have the power or the code paths such as SM3.0 but thats a guess as you havent listed any specs.
